How do you do it?

  1. Pinch your shoulder blades together
  2. Place the ball in between your shoulder blade and your spine
  3. Stand so the ball is between your back and the wall
  4. Lean into the wall to increase intensity
  5. Pull the arm on the side of the ball across you body
  6. Protract and retract the shoulder blade
