Posterior Chain Stretch
Sitting all day puts our posterior chain in a chronically shortened position. This leads to tightness, muscle imbalance, and disruption of our neuromuscular connection. This stretch is efficient at targeting the entire posterior chain (calves, hamstrings, glutes).
How do you do it?
- Lay on your back with one end of the band in your hands and the other wrapped around the top of your foot
- Pull your leg across your body and up a high as possible
- Keep your knee straight
