Hip Flexor & Quad Stretch



How do you do it?

  1. Start in tall kneeling with both hips and knees at 90 degrees
  2. Lean forward 10-15 degreesĀ 
  3. Lean your trunk backwards to intensify hip flexor stretch
  4. Grab the ankle of your back leg and flex your knee to stretch your quads too
