Piriformis Massage Ball Self-Release



How do you do it?

  1. Sit on the floor with your affect leg crossed over your non-affected leg so that your ankle is just above your knee
  2. Find the ischial tuberosity (bony bump in the middle of your butt)
  3. Place the massage ball just outside of the bump of your piriformis
  4. Place pressure on the ball
  5. Slowly move the knee on your affected leg up an down to enhance the release
