Medial Epicondylitis (Golfer’s Elbow) – Special Test
How can I tell if I might have Golfer’s Elbow?
A quick way to see if you may have this condition is to:
- Put your hand on a table with your palm up and elbow fully extended
- Put your wrist into a flexed position
- Have someone push against your hand
- If your pain is reproduced at your inside elbow, then you may have medial epicondylitis
