Medial Epicondylitis (Golfer’s Elbow) – Special Test

How can I tell if I might have Golfer’s Elbow?

A quick way to see if you may have this condition is to:

  1. Put your hand on a table with your palm up and elbow fully extended
  2. Put your wrist into a flexed position
  3. Have someone push against your hand
  4. If your pain is reproduced at your inside elbow, then you may have medial epicondylitis

Other posts will describe appropriate warm up routines and forearm strengthening programs to reduce your chances of obtaining this condition as well as ways to rehab you back to activity!
