Are You Completely Training Your Arms?
Whether your goal is growing the size of your arms, increasing strength, or getting rid of that pesky arm fat, one of the primary focuses should be completely training all of the muscles in your arm.
In order to train properly you need understand (1) each muscle and (2) how they work. Then, you can implement proper exercises that target them. By using this method, you can train much more efficiently and effectively.
Let’s breakdown all of the muscles in our arm.
- Biceps Brachii – Has two distinct heads: long and short
- Triceps Brachii – Has three distinct heads: long, medial, and lateral
- Brachialis – Lies underneath biceps
