JJ Carr, SPT, CSCS
JJ was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He grew up with a passion for sports competing in soccer, baseball, basketball, and wrestling. After high school, his focus shifted towards weight lifting and bodybuilding. For his undergraduate studies, he received a BS in Environmental Science and a BA in Economics. After working for a commercial insurance company for 4 years, he decided to pursue his passion of integrating sports and physical fitness into his work. He chose to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy and is currently in his third year of this program. His goal is to help athletes perform optimally, prevent injury, and return from injury in order to become successful in their given sport or training.

Jake Herberger, SPT, CSCS, ATC, LAT
Jake was raised in Bourbonnais, Illinois where he competed in football, swimming, and track & field. After high school, he attended Olivet Nazarene University where he received his BS in Athletic Training with a minor in Chemistry. Upon graduating Jake worked as an athletic training intern for the Chicago Bears followed by an assistant athletic training position with the Windy City Bulls. He currently works as an athletic trainer for Athletico. In order to advance his knowledge & skills for the treatment of athletes, he decided to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is in his third year of the program. Jake is extremely passionate about sports and wishes to help athletes adjust their training programs to prevent injuries or alter their training methods after an injury occurs.
